- Install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground electrical power lines.
- Inspect power lines for damage or wear and perform necessary repairs.
- Climb poles or use bucket trucks to access equipment at heights.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents during line work.
- Collaborate with other utility workers during emergency repairs or outages.
- Read blueprints or technical diagrams for installation projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures.
- Proficient in using tools like voltmeters, ammeters, and wire cutters.
