The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department by performing administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment processes. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances).
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) or similar software applications.
