- Manage and organize executive schedules and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Assist with personal tasks as required by the executive.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
