The Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving beverages to patrons, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role contributes to the establishment's atmosphere by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, organized bar area.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks or food items as needed.
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.
- Manage inventory levels by ordering supplies as needed or directed by management.
- Balance cash receipts at the end of shifts with accuracy.
