- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments and meetings.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
- Conduct research and compile data for consideration by executives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives.

- Liaise with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of executives.
