The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within a program to ensure they align with the organization's strategic goals. This role is crucial in driving project success through effective resource management, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
- Define program objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
- Develop a budget and operating plan for the program.

- Lead project managers in planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the program.
- Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Manage risks by identifying potential issues early and developing mitigation strategies.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing resources effectively across projects.
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing project performance metrics.
