- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Provide analytical reports on recruiting metrics to team leaders.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever.
