If a candidate is not a good fit or is not interested, you can manually move them to the ‘Excluded’ tab.
Here’s how:
- Select the candidate you want to exclude.
- In their Profile, Click on the ‘Move to’ button on the right.
- Select ‘Excluded’. Your selected candidate will be moved to the ‘Excluded’ tab. You may also provide a reason for exclusion.
This will help keep your pipeline organized and focused on candidates who are actively engaged and interested.
