👀 How to View Sourced Candidates

Here’s how you can view sourced candidates:

‍Log In:
Go to app.qureos.com/corporate/login and log in to your account.

‍Source Candidates:
Click the ‘Source Candidates’ button. You can create a query from the given suggestions or type in your own specific requirements.

‍Edit or View Candidates:
You will have two options: Edit Match or View Candidates. If you're satisfied with the match query and do not wish to make any further edits, click on the 'View Candidates' button.

‍Candidate List:
You will receive a list of qualified candidates with their contact information restricted. Click on any profile to view the candidate summary generated by Iris.

‍Unlocking Profiles:
To get access to their contact information, such as their last name, LinkedIn profile, social links, or an attached resume (if available), you will need to unlock their profile. You can unlock any profile by clicking the ‘Unlock Profile’ button at the top of the candidate’s profile. Unlocking a profile will use 1 credit from your account. If you don’t have credits, you can purchase them here.

‍Access Full Details:
After unlocking the profile, you will get access to the candidate's full name along with their contact information. Scroll through the page to see details like LinkedIn profile, resume, experience, education, and other relevant details.

‍Sorting Candidates:
You can also sort candidates using the thumbs up and thumbs down feature. Clicking the thumbs up will move the profile to the top, while clicking the thumbs down will move it to the bottom.
