The AI Video Interview can help you with the initial screening process by automating the evaluation of candidates.

‍

Once candidates are shortlisted or have applied, you can invite them to complete an AI Video Interview.

‍

Before that, you need to set up the AI Video Interview. Here’s how you can do it:

‍

  • Navigate to the ‘Pipeline’ Tab and click the ‘Add AI Interview’ button at the top right.

It involves 4 steps. Let’s take a look at each step:

Step 1: Add AI Video Interview Questions

  • You can select questions from a range of competencies, such as Adaptability, Ambition, Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Decision Making, Teamwork, etc. depending on the nature of the job.

  • You can also write your own questions. Click the ‘Create Question’ button to add your own questions. Next, choose a competency and write the question. You will be suggested AI-generated competencies. Pick the most suitable competency, set the duration (30, 60, or 90 seconds), and specify retakes (1, 2, or 3). Click ‘Add Question’.

  • Click the Edit icon to edit any questions to suit your needs.

  • Example Question: "Tell me about a time you were able to handle a crisis situation?" Ensure to select the appropriate competency to help AI assess better.

  • Once done, click ‘Save and Continue’.

Step 2: Define Personality Criteria

  • Set Criteria from the "Big Five" personality traits. These include Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism.

  • Hover over the information icon to understand each trait and its high or low criteria.

  • For example, If you’re looking for a candidate who is highly organized and detail-oriented, set a high criterion for Conscientiousness.

If the role requires someone who can remain calm under pressure and not easily affected by stress, set a low criterion for Neuroticism.

‍

  • The AI will provide results based on the criteria you set.

  • Click ‘Save and Continue’ to move on.

Step 3: Set the Scoring Criteria

‍

  • Assign weightage to the Resume, Personality, and AI Video Interview Answers depending on your requirement. Ensure the total adds up to 100%.

Step 4: Preview and Publish

  • Review all the settings and criteria you have set.

  • Publish: Once satisfied, publish the interview.

‍

You can now proceed to the Shortlist tab and move candidates to the AI Video Interview tab.

‍

Each candidate added to the AI Video Interview tab costs 3 credits.

‍

Once candidates are added to the AI Video Interview, they will receive an invitation.

‍

Candidates will be marked as either ‘Pending’ or ‘Complete.’ If they don’t complete the interview within 96 hours, Pending candidates will be moved to the ‘Shortlisted’ tab.
