It’s time to create your job post to attract and reach out to exceptional candidates. Follow these steps:

Log in to Your Account

Go to app.qureos.com/corporate/login and log in to your account.

Source Candidates

Click the ‘Source Candidates’ button.

Create a Query

  • Use the given suggestions or type in your own specific requirements.
  • You will have two options: Edit Match or View Candidates.

View Candidates

If you're satisfied with the match query and do not wish to make any further edits, click on the 'View Candidates' button.

Filter and Sort Candidates

You will have a list of sourced candidates. Here, you can view their details, add additional filters, and use the thumbs up or thumbs down feature to sort candidates.

Create Job

Once you are done, you have two options:

  • Create Job: Click the ‘Create Job’ button at the top right.
  • Shortlist & Create Job: Select the candidates you like and click the ‘Shortlist & Create Job’ button at the top right.

Create a Job Description

Next, you will have to create a Job Description. Here’s how you can do it:

  • The suggested job title will already be there. You can still edit to refine it.
  • You can also specify the salary in your preferred currency. If you do not wish to disclose it to the candidates, you can check the corresponding box.
  • Click the ‘Generate Job Description with AI’ button. Iris will generate your job description based on the information you provided in your query. You can edit the job description if needed or you can also paste your own JD in the text box.
  • Enter the location (where the job is based). This is mandatory. If the job is remote, tick the box indicating it does not require a location. Click ‘Next’.

Add Pre-Screening Questions

Add pre-screening questions to get general information or filter out unqualified candidates. Click ‘Add Question’, write your question, and specify your ideal answer. You can also skip this section if you want. Click ‘Next’. You can add up to 5 Pre-Screening questions.

Publish Your Job Post

Now, it’s time to publish your job post so you can start outreach to your matched candidates and attract candidates via job boards. You have two options:

  • Private: Choose Private if you want your job post to only be visible to candidates you shortlist or invite. You will only get access to matched candidates.
  • Public: Choose Public if you want to post your job publicly on multiple external job boards. When you choose Public, you have two options:
    • Relevant Job Boards: Your job will be automatically posted on all relevant external job boards based on the location of the role.
    • Specific Job Boards: You can pick specific job boards from the list such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and others.

Confidential Jobs

If you wish to make the job confidential, you can hide the company name, logo, and other company information by toggling the switch to on.

Finalize

Finally, click ‘Go to Job’. Your job is now created and will show as ‘Pending for Approval’. Once our Customer Success Team approves it, your job post will go live.
