Once you have created a job, your job will be awaiting approval.
You will need to reach out to your dedicated customer success manager for approval, or they will contact you.
Once you give the go-ahead, your job post will be approved.
Why is this important?
There are two reasons for this:
- Approval is needed so your CS Manager can double-check your Job Description (JD) for accuracy.
- Sometimes, you might create a job just to see the candidates without wanting to publish it.
If you want to bypass the approval process altogether, contact your dedicated customer success manager.
